Dr. Rosa Mathai

Originally from Leesville, LA, Dr. Mathai earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.  Following dental school, she completed her general practice residency at Harvard University, training at Brigham and Women’s and Massachusetts General Hospitals.

Dr. Mathai is a highly-experienced provider in implant dentistry, including “teeth in a day” all-on-6 full-mouth rehabilitation services. Dr. Mathai is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance her skills to better serve the dental care needs of her patients and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience.

Before her career in dentistry, Dr. Mathai was a freelance journalist, publishing with magazines such as Men's Fitness and Conde Nast Traveler. She still enjoys writing in her spare time, as well as cooking (and eating) with her husband in San Francisco.

Dr. Andres Gonzalez, DDS

A Bay Area native, Dr. Gonzalez grew up in San Jose, CA and earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Santa Clara University, after which he spent a year working in a lab researching antibiotic resistance in bacteria. He continued his education by earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco and graduated with high honors.

Dr. Gonzalez enjoys the opportunity to connect with each patient and does his best to make sure they receive high quality care that is both comfortable and effective. His passion for teaching others, which he learned from his mother who is a school teacher, leads him to not only treat his patients, but also help to answer their questions and to educate them.

When he is not in the office, Dr. Gonzalez enjoys going to the movies, trying new restaurants and playing with his two kittens.
